The city of Kalajoki sought to implement a user-friendly chat function through which clients could easily and quickly have an online appointment with a doctor on weekday evenings, Saturdays and public holidays. It was also important that professionals working at the health care center would be able to consult a doctor via chat during business hours.
VideoVisit developed an easy and time-saving online appointment and consultation solution for the physiotherapists of Auron. “Good, now up. Turn around, back facing the camera, and then squat. There, good, and then up again”, says Minttu Vartia.
The aim of home care of the city of Oulu was to find a solution for everyday life that would replace some of the physical home care visits. After introducing the VideoVisit® Home Virtual Care Service, physical home care visits have been able to target those clients who need services and the caregiver’s help at home.
