Oiva Health Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Juha Järvi as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective immediately. Juha will also join Oiva Health’s Management Board.
Juha Järvi joins Oiva Health Group from his recent role as Global Head of Healthcare at Digital Workforce, where he lead healthcare digital transformation sales globally. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Juha has a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and innovative solutions that drive value and growth. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving commercial success and growth, making him a valuable addition to the Oiva Health leadership team.
In his new role as CCO, Juha will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and business development efforts at Oiva Health Group. He will work closely with the executive team to identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Being in the forefront of transforming care motivates
Juha Järvi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the School of Economics at University of Turku. His professional background includes significant achievements in driving growth, leading transformative projects, and enhancing operational efficiencies at Digital Workforce, Accenture and PWC. His appointment as CCO is expected to bring a fresh perspective and dynamic leadership to Oiva Health Group’s commercial operations.

Oiva Health Group’s management board is now complete
The appointment of Juha Järvi as the new Chief Commercial Officer locks the final piece of Oiva Health Group’s Management Board in place. The Management Board will now focus on executing the Group’s growth strategy with the support of Oiva Health’s majority owner Main Capital Partners.
