Oiva Health proudly announces the securing of significant funding from Business Finland for a three-year ITEA-PROFIT project. This funding will propel Oiva Health’s mission to provide efficient and effective digital services for healthcare – especially for assisted living and pre- and post-hospitalizations.
The ITEA-PROFIT project, part of the ITEA (Information Technology for European Advancement) program, aims to drive innovation in the digital healthcare landscape. With this support, Oiva Health will develop its current digital service platform further with Electronic Health Record (EHR) interoperability, pre- and post-op patient communications, business intelligence and data analysis capabilities for healthcare professional and several other undertakings jointly realized with the ITEA PROFIT –consortium in both Finland and inter-Europe (for example in Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain).
Key Objectives of the ITEA-PROFIT Project:
- Innovation in Digital Health Platforms: Develop state-of-the-art digital health platform that integrates seamlessly with existing healthcare systems, offering improved usability and accessibility for both patients and healthcare providers.
- Enhanced Patient Engagement: Create solutions that empower patients to take an active role in managing their health, utilizing intuitive interfaces and personalized health management tools.
- Data-Driven Insights: Implement advanced analytics (with extensions to machine learning and artificial intelligence) to provide healthcare professionals with actionable insights, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficacy.
- Collaboration and Integration: Foster collaboration among European healthcare entities to ensure interoperability and the widespread adoption of new technologies across different regions.
